  I had gaps between my front teeth so decided to get ceramic braces as an adult and have had them for ~5 years. Treatment was supposed to be ~3 years, but I have one stubborn space left that hasn't closed in ~2 years. They don't do anything different when I go, despite that what they're doing (powerchains only) obviously has no real affect. I'm afraid the space will not close. I wish they'd just admit it instead of dragging this out for years. They should've known from the beginning that it wouldn't close and planned accordingly. I've already unexpectedly had some teeth filed trying to get this one space to close. Paid just over $4k with insurance. Staff are really nice and kind, but I haven't gotten what I paid for so am disappointed.

  I was very sceptical about where to take my daughter to get the best care for her braces and dental work that was very much needed but when I found this facility and went in for a consultation I felt that this was the right place for her. With this being said, today was the day she got her braces removed and I am very much so satisfied with the quality of work they presented with in these two years of care. My daughter has the most beautiful smile thanks to this Arlington location. The whole entire staff was always excellent and friendly whenever we had a visit. Always greeted with a smile and politeness. Very clean and sanitary also. From the ladies at the front desk to the dentist's and especially Lisa and Kayla, I thank you all for all of your hard work and comfort of this journey for my child. You are appreciated!!!!☺
