  My son Patrick was not due for another week. Dr. Parrill was on call. I went in for my weekly checkup and I was more than ready. I begged her to induce me because you see my regular doctor was on vacation. She said, "I'm on call this weekend, how does that work for you?", I was thrilled.. So two days later we arrived and the nurses helped me into bed and with my husband standing by they put the heart monitor on me as well as the baby. The nurse adjusted the settings for a few minutes and walked out then another nurse came in. Then Dr. Parrill came in and told us that Patrick had a irregular heartbeat. We couldn't believe it. I We were so scared. She gave us to options. Have Patrick naturally or by cedes ten. Of course we chose the latter. Thirty minutes later Patrick was born. However, that was not the happy ending. He went down to the NICU. They couldn't regulate his heartbeat. Off he went Cooks. There they stabilized him. He stayed at Cooks for a week. Cooks was fantastic. Arlington Memorial was fantastic. That was 14 years ago. Patrick is small for his age but is healthy, wealthy, and very wise! Straight A student. Loves all sports except football, thank goodness. I cry every time I tell this story. Dr. Parrill. saved Patrick's life.! I owe her my sons life! I finally got to see her again about a month ago. She said she often wondered what happened to us. She now has a new patient. My daughter. Now I will be able to see her often! I am so thankful God put her in that office that day and said she would induce me otherwise Patrick wouldn't be here today. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Go see her! You will love her! stabilized him. He came home after a week. He had to stay on heart meds for
