- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely deplorable customer service. Their phone number is on private and because my phone automatically blocks private numbers I always miss their calls when I do Web check-in. This is the SECOND time this has happened. All I get is a, "Sorry and call us every now and again to see where you are in line." I am sick.... why would I call you multiple times when I want to rest. This a hassle and it apparently can't be fixed. Last time I made a Web check-in at 8 am and didn't get seen until 2 pm. Not to mention I was there for 3 hours. Not happening again this time.
